Positioned in the heart of affluent beachside living, Etienne is a tranquil residence that reflects the grandeur of its Brighton locale. Desire Studio was approached by VDG Developments to develop the project brand from the ground-up. Working alongside VDG and Marshall White Real Estate, we established a persona that is refined and re-invigorating at once. Our visual-led approach saw our team curate the branding and direction, before bringing it to life across every marketing touchpoint. From the landing page and hoarding to email marketing, print collateral and cinematic production, the final result was truly indicative of the project’s intent.
