From the ground up
Inspired by the resilient native Banksia flower, Banksii is rooted in duality. Bold yet delicate, modern yet organic. Located in East Brisbane, its ten-storey form stretches above the treetops, offering panoramic city and river views alongside tranquil parklands.
Our role was to build a brand that embodied that same balance between natural form and architectural order, elegance and ease.
The visual identity took direct cues from the building’s name. Fluid lines, soft curves and muted earth tones defined a logo that moves like nature. From the typeface to the brandmark, everything was designed to feel clean and self-assured.
Rooted in place, built for longevity
East Brisbane is evolving fast with Banksii at the edge of what’s next. Located near the upcoming Olympic precinct, it’s connected without being chaotic.
The building leans into this future with a mix of privacy, amenity and architecture that gets better with age.

A refined residential experience where architecture meets nature. Every element was crafted to evoke stillness, sophistication and summer in full bloom.
A scroll-stopping digital world
Banksii’s website became the brand’s crown jewel. We built a digital experience centred around movement and immersion, from a flowing, interactive Banksia animation on load, to scroll-based transitions that mirror the arc of the building itself.
The site is naturally flowing and serene. Call-to-actions are gentle nudges. Typography breathes. Rendered interiors glow. The user can wander through story, space and possibility.
Photography and videography positioned the building as a lifestyle,
rather than a residence – capturing the emotions and beauty of a life
well lived at Banksii.
Across digital and print, the tone of voice remained elevated and editorial. It was built for discerning buyers who want more than square metre stats. Every asset was designed to reflect the building’s natural rhythm.
