With only three architecturally striking units available, Wild Developments needed a brand that could reflect the project’s rarity, craftsmanship and utility. We wanted to position Monarc as a signal of intent.
We started with the architecture – bold lines, open plans and the signature triple arch. From that foundation, we built a visual identity that was strong and flexible. An ode to the modern business destined to grow within Monarc’s walls (arches).
Every touchpoint was designed to tell a cohesive story of opportunity, elevation and precision, from the 16-page brochure to custom floorplans and a site-specific map. We combined clean layout grids with confident typography and curated lifestyle imagery to strike a balance between utility and aspiration.
Purposeful copywriting grounded the vision and really took a walk in the audience’s shoes. But it was the restrained yet magnetic tone that invited readers to see Monarc themselves.

We brought the Monarc story online with a sleek landing page and templated EDMs, designed to capture interest and convert it fast. With a focus on architectural hierarchy, the digital experience mirrors the physical development – structured, intuitive and easy to move through.
Site hoarding extended the experience in the real world, using bold messaging and clean visuals to create presence, even while the project was mid-build. Every platform worked as a unified campaign to keep Monarc’s momentum going.
We gave Monarc the brand presence its structure demanded. Brick by brick.
Wild Developments wanted Monarc to be a flagship principal project. Their commitment to functionality, detail and timeless form is evident in every brick and beam. Desire’s role was to ensure the brand captured that same energy, with a system that could communicate value at a glance and reward deeper attention.
In a landscape crowded with dull commercial offerings,
Monarc was never built to blend in. We built it to lead.
