Above it all
Summit needed to feel like what it is: a premium address perched above the coastline, designed by some of the industry’s best. Our job was to elevate the brand to match – drawing out the contrast of coast and city, stillness and movement, softness and structure.
The brand identity plays in gradients. Blues drawn from the ocean and sky, offset by warm orange accents and bold architectural lines. The stacked wordmark nods to both the verticality of the towers and the form of Mount Kembla. Fonts mix modern sans-serifs with quiet serif confidence, balancing clarity with timelessness.
Welcome to the top
For some applications, the logo rotates to symbolise the panoramic 360° views from the top. Every design decision was shaped by the idea of perspective on elevation, movement and effortless luxury.
The result is a visual system that carries through from web to print, hoardings to floor plans. It’s consistent, adaptable and always composed.
Summit’s digital footprint is immersive but intentional. We built it for buyers to linger, not skim. Cinematic video, interactive design elements and flowing transitions create a sense of slow luxury. The brand’s gradient shifts through pages. Each scroll uncovers a new layer.

Desire partnered with Level 33 to build the brand and digital experiences for Summit – a residential development that welcomes the pinnacle of coastal living in Wollongong.
Leading with clarity
Each residence is framed by its interior scheme. Current reflects Wollongong’s coastal beauty with a soft, neutral palette inspired by sandy beaches and driftwood; Crest borrows depth and warmth from the surrounding escarpment. The Penthouses and Townhouses extend these ideas further, with Gaggenau appliances, natural stone and custom joinery pushing the detail into true luxury territory.
We fused form and feeling across every medium, weaving together the tension between coastal stillness and urban energy.
